To serve Metro Detroit by providing compassionate, evidence-based MAT/MOUD—offering buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone, plus onsite counseling, coordinated referrals, and telehealth with same-day starts when appropriate, so patients can build stability, restore confidence, and reclaim control.

Old Redford Treatment Center envisions a future where everyone affected by chronic opioid use and other substance use disorders can access the support, tools, and resources they need to reclaim purpose, health, and well-being. We strive to be a beacon of hope and healing in our community, empowering individuals.
